No, actually, they can't change your PIN at the store, unless the SIM card is in a phone. If you are using it for a router, like we are doing, you are screwed. They are not allowed to put your SIM in a phone. The T-mobile rep at the store got a blank look on her face, could not compute, said I'd need to talk to a manager.
