Re: Lagging and throttle
I understand the peak hours but after they fixed the 2 towers everything was good for a few months and then the issue started again with the slow speed to a 2 mbps and at times .8 mbps and then jumps to 10 mbps struggling to keep some kind of speed. Rebooting helps only for short time like 10 minutes tops. I had Comcast and it was great except for their price going up which is why I went with T-Mobile because they advertised there was no lag and their speed was unbeatable lol yeah up to a certain time. But if I have to go back to Comcast so be it and at least I don't to keep rebooting and restarting 2 to 3 times a day.32Visto1like0ComentariosLagging and throttle
I don't understand why at certain times the internet is great and then by the evening like 5 or 7 pm it gets so slow that we can not watch tv or my son can not play his games online. I do a speed test every night and reset the modem either by unplugging or restart using the T-Mobile app and it helps only for a short while only to go right back into slowing down. They fixed the 2 towers that was down a few monthsago and it went well but then it started again. It is getting very annoying to a point where I will cancel this service because it's never steady. This happen starting at 5 pm and then 7 pm which last up to 8 pm and by the speed test I could see how it struggles to keep the speed up but after 10 pm all the way to the morning it runs 300 mbps at 6 am and right now I just did a speed test and it's 42 mbps download speed. I did like the service until all this lagging and slow speed started and getting tired of rebooting and restarting every day. I have friends who are going through the same thing and want to cancel service just as I do so I hope T-Mobile get on the ball and do something before they start losing customers.Solved409Visto1like6Comentarios
