My day job is actually in T-Force, I'm just lurking around these forums. :) I can confirm I recently spoke with our Business Support team about the usage situation and they have confirmed it's a known issue that is being worked on for a fix, so since a fix is being worked on, I would not expect that this is working as intended and that we're phasing out current cycle usage capabilities.
