I have the same issue, but I am thinking about returning the gateway the first gateway I had was bad and I am on the 2nd one and it is doing the something and I been lied too they are saying that they are working on the towers for the last week. here is the screen shot I also was getting upload speed of around 135 to 160 mbps. upload speed is 2.09 sometimes I hit 5mps and other times lower than 2.09 it sucks. and the tower is like about a mile away. and I don’t use vpn
