I was ambushed by the "upgrade support charge" of $20 on my invoice. Never was brought up by the rep I spoke to on the phone while buying my new phone. I told her I'd switch the SIM myself. When I called Customer Service to complain about it , it was cheerfully waived and I got an immediate credit for the $20.1Ver0likes0Comentarios
