I did the chat yesterday. They finally said it was a computer glitz and it was being worked on. I said I have wasted way too much time on this issue and should get a bill credit. I got a $15 credit. The first time I noticed it was at the end of billing cycle, so I thought that was the problem. But it continues to show this. I was told it was a new format. I was told my complaint would be recorded. I hesitate to call in b/c of the long wait and then I can't understand the person I am talking to. I recently discovered you can't see the usage data for each of the lines. I inquired about it and was told this is a new layout (do to phone apps) and you can only see the usage data in your monthly bill. I voiced my displeasure. They said they would report the concern.
