I've had my note 10+ for quite a few years now and I just started having this issue. It's driving me crazy! Plus my galaxy 4 watch is doing the same thing. I tried to turn off voicemail notifications and it's a toggle switch that I'm unable to toggle. Who would do such a foolish thing as make me have to receive multiple notifications for a voicemail, I can read on visual voicemail, and not be able to get rid of the notification without calling voicemail and delete the message?
