how to get back to “normal” speeds?
For the last 12 months we've had pretty OK speeds with T-Mobile home internet - enough for two people to work from home. Never "great" (I.e., any thing over 20 mbs) but enough to get by. About two weeks back out internet basically became inoperable. Most days we're lucky to break above 1 mbs. I've spend hours on the phone with their idiot techs and have had two new gateways sent to me but with no change. No one can explain what happened in the last two weeks to explain what happened not offer and solution. Oddly, the data on my cell phone works fine while the gateway is shit. All these people complaining about not being able to stream YouTube are cute. I'm lucky if I can download an email. Home Internet absolutely sucks on T-Mobile and their tech support is worthless. A full 12 months with decent speeds (which for me was 20 mbs) and suddenly we're lucky if we get 2 mbs and no one from T-Mobile can explain why.9Visto0likes0Comentarios
