T-lite account
My Account reads my 5G router is off-line but it is not. I checked it earlier just to make sure Ahlm my devices were on and everything was fine. I had to call and refresh because I had buffering and now my account says I'm off-line, but I'm online. Does anyone know why and will it come back.? Has anyone had this problem?
