customer support chat
So basically, I was told twice I was apporved for a line (both phone or tablet) now im being told that I owe a bill when ive never had tmobile. (this was on a chat for support they said I was approved for the tablet and phone for the phone) How do i get the chat or request it because theyre saying its not there when it has to be. there has to be steps to legally find out correct?
