I am having the same problem, I've had the service for 6 weeks now and it is getting worst by the day B2 or B66, B2 most of the time on my primary signaland N41 all the time on my secondary signal. I have seen users with way worst tower metrics than mine and they're getting 150, 200 upto 300Mbps, I have done the router to computer connection via ethernet tono improvement at all.. if am lucky early mornings i'd get 30-40Mbps but from Noon to Midnight it is just crawling. Icall customer service to no help at all.. Imight give it a try to some suggestions here and see what happenbut any comments are welcome..
