Re: New Update For OnePlus 9 Pro T-Mobile

I filed a BBB report against Tmobile because I bought a OnePlus 9 Pro for a $1000 bucks and am still STUCK on Android 11. An Executive responded to my BBB complaint by trying to shame me and treat me as if I was stupid. He listed my entire payment history, he said that they replaced my "defective phone" via warranty (I did so out of exhaustion even as I kept telling the child store clerk that it was a SOFTWARE ISSUE not a hardware issue!) And finally he claimed that it's the manufacturers responsibility to release updates. I responded with proof that the manufacturer (OnePlus) released The Android 13 update November of last year! Yes, the manufacturers release the updates, BUT the carriers TEST the updates BEFORE releasing them! This is all on T-Mobile who seems to care a less about customer satisfaction. We should have a class action lawsuit going because it seems that's the only thing TMobile cares about (their bottom line!)!9Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: OnePlus 9 Pro 5G Android 13
I made the GRAVE mistake of buying a OnePlus 9 Pro phone via TMobile! I realized the mistake when the Android 12 Update rolled out and I installed it. It absolutely BRICKED my phone (more or less). I couldn't even make or receive phone calls and ended up having to go to the T-Mobile Store to find a fix. The only "fix" that TMobile could or would offer was a warranty replacement phone. I told the representative that it was a "Software issue" NOT A hardware issue. I ended up accepting the warranty replacement phone and haven't updated it since. I'm on the Android 11 version and am very disappointed in this phone! I've waited over a year now to be able to update my phone! Why does it take TMobile so so so much longer to update the OnePlus than any other phone?9Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: OnePlus 9 android 13
Tmobile FINALLY finished the OnePlus 9 Pro Android 13 update 2 days ago. It went from "In Development" to "Completed," but it's still not available to download. I had kept a check on the T-Mobile Update site every day for the past year and I finally decided to update from Android 11 to 13 yesterday. All who have owned the T-Mobile OnePlus 9 or 9 Pro knows that the Android 12 updates BROKE our phones. Hence why I was still on Android 11. Unfortunately, I updated to 12 NOT 13 cuz TMO hasn't pushed the available android 13 out yet. I guess I'm gonna have to format and roll back my phone if TMO doesn't release the *now available* update out. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/software-updates/oneplus-9-android-update8Visto1like0ComentariosRe: OnePlus 9 Pro's Battery really s.cks
It's definitely not a software problem. Most, if not all, TMobile OnePlus 9 Pro owners suffer with the same battery problems. Then there is the problem with the long long long delays on updates. I paid a $1000 for a phone a year and a half ago that is STILL on Android 11. Why? Because Android 12 broke mine and thousands of others phones. It's absolutely mind numbing how long it takes TMobile to actually release their Android Updates. I filed a BBB Complaint and an executive from Tmobile responded back. He didn't address any of the complaints I had with the phone. Instead, be posts my payment history and acct details and said that it's not TMobile that delays the updates, but the manufacturer is to blame. I replied that was a crock of ****! Google releases the standard Android Updates and TMobile, etc adds their bloat ware to them and any other garbage they want to add. Google released the Android 13 update Sept of last year. Still waiting. .. .. and waiting. ... .. and waiting.16Visto1like0Comentarios
