I have the same problem. After 2 days and about 4 hours on the phone with multiple support people and being told more than 6 times to delete the app and reinstall it, still not working. I am not impressed with T-Mobile support or their app. If they don't want to fix it they should remove it from the app store.9Visto1like0Comentarios
