I've had TM home internet for a couple years now. I did the experiment that they recommended with trying to find the best location for their wireless router. Never did get a very strong signal, but had 3 bars on the meter most of the time. Now for the last couple months, I get frequent disconnects,resets or no internet service at all. I've tried unplugging the router (multiple times) to force it to reset. I'm not sure why I have to continue to pay full price for less than full quality internet service!!! Having the same kind of problem on my home pc using their router!!Frequent signal drop outs. seems to happen more in early mornings 6am to about 9am and early evenings 4pm to about 6pm. We are all paying good money for what is supposed to be the "flagship of internet providers" Well, I haven't seen the ship or the flag for that matter!! We should at least get credits on our bills for "lack of uninterrupted internet service"53Visto0likes0Comentarios
