If you know, please share. I've gone at trying to get the update from T-mobile, as well as directly to Samsung. They each say to look to the other. I've tried OTA (T-mobile) and contacted them for weeks now since it was supposed to have been released. And I've also contacted Samsung directly, and tried using Smart Switch to get the update. This is by far not a uncommon thing to happen..with all carriers..with all manufacturers... Yes, I'm astonished. This is not an ordinary security update! There are articles all over the internet about how serious this is. And, no, this is not my first smart phone. I have been with T-mobile since it was Powertel back in the day. Over 22 years. As I stated, I'm astonished at the priority this is NOT being given. I mean some of the S series are already getting the APRIL update, which is supposed to include stuff to make prettier pictures. Should that take priority over a very serious and simple exploit where a hacker can literally take over you phone? I have the same problem with my A53 5G. January was the last update. In fact, I posted about it on the Samsung members forum, but the moderator deleted it. Neither Samsung nor T-mobile can or will answer when this update will be available. I'm really astonished at the low priority this has been given.
