my Samsung galaxy a53 5g phone has Severe Vulnerabilities

You need to bring that up with Samsung. Carriers don't touch code like people in the states think they do.
If you know, please share. I've gone at trying to get the update from T-mobile, as well as directly to Samsung. They each say to look to the other. I've tried OTA (T-mobile) and contacted them for weeks now since it was supposed to have been released. And I've also contacted Samsung directly, and tried using Smart Switch to get the update. Both say I'm "up to date" on my phone with the last update being January 1st.
