Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Sim PUK blocked
Does anyone have any idea what does this mean in my new galaxy s24 ultra???
If you have a physical Sim card the puk code is on the credit card shape card.
If it's an esim you will need to contact Tmobile support to get the code.

That fail popped up when creating the e-sim. Neither t-mobile nor Samsung gave an answer. I had to return the device and consequently lost the deal I had been granted for buying it on the release day. A lot of BS with this purchase. -10.
My we inquire did your phone come to you this way or were you attempting to change sims?
Were they able to unlock. I have the PUK code can't find where or how to enter
