The new excuse is , there's a glitch in the software. Be assured they're going to make it right. I have four different names of customer service representatives that assure me that they're personally handling my issue. What they need to do is deny my original claim and then resubmit it. Not because I did anything wrong but because of a glitch in the system. No one. Can help me.I just have to wait.
