Re: Rapid changes in my Dynamic IP Address
Mike. I wrote you a reply and included two screen shots from www.whatsmyip.com . Not sure if it needs to be reviewed before posting but the entire message (I did hit send) is not showing up now. I've been working on this issue since early morning and just realized it's been over 5 hours. Hopefully the message I sent earlier to TM Executive team will have a solution but time will tell.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Rapid changes in my Dynamic IP Address
Follow up to previous message 1.5.2023 above : I'm going to copy and past a few results on Internet searches for this problem. NOTE - I am definitely a very low end tech person so I really don't understand all of this. Just posting in the event the information might actually help to find a resolution for this problem (since TM sure can't seem to do it). I did remove the personal information from the posters for privacy issues. Why do I see "Your IP Address Has Changed"? You may see that clients are routinely being logged out of cPanel or WHM interfaces, and the message "Your IP Address Has Changed" will display. This issue is caused when a user logs in, and then the IP address that they are accessing cPanel from changes. This change is detected by a setting named 'Cookie IP Validation'. WHM: Home -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings Option: Cookie IP validation https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/server-configuration/tweak-settings/#security Scroll down for 'Cookie IP Validation' for more information. In Tweak Settings, by default, this setting is set to 'strict'. Changing the value to 'loose' should allow them to be connected. Here is a response from another user and maybe you will understand it : HI, This issue typically occurs when trying to login to your cPanel through a proxy or an Internet Service Provider with a dynamic IP Address that is changing very quickly, due to the strict validation we have in place for security. Here are some items that will help to resolve the issue: Do not use a Internet Service Provider Proxy Service to access your cPanel. Use https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://admin.yourdomain.com if using a cdn/firewall on your domain name) to login to your cPanel. Ensure that your browser is set up to accept cookies for the cPanel you are trying to access. Ensure that you do not have any browser extensions that are blocking cookies. Ensure that you do not have any browser extensions that are acting as a proxy service.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: Rapid changes in my Dynamic IP Address
1-5-2023 Due to my location, I can only access the Internet from the Hot Spot from the Samsung S22 Ultra phone. I have not been able to access my business website for updates since 12/7/2022. Had to file a complaint with corporate to even get someone to respond. Go Daddy says it's due to TMobile and TMobile says it's a Go Daddy issue. Big surprise nothing more than finger pointing on both ends. I've spent dozens of hours and dozens of calls with TM and GD tech support and no further along than when started. The exact same problem (Your IP Has Changed, Please Log In Again) is what I'm having. I've been a TM and GD customer for 12 years now but this is totally unacceptable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS INVOLVED WITH MAINTAINING A C-PANEL WEBSITE : STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE - THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!!!!!! Who knows, maybe someone with authority or who ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS will see this and make things right but I sure will not be holding my breath!!2Visto0likes0Comentarios
