SUCCESS!!! There is hope! I've called several times with my tracking ID and finally got an agent at T-Mobile to give me the redemption code for use at Amazon! She said to call Amazon to find out what TV to put in the cart but remembered the above post with a link so I tried that. It worked! I added it to the cart, put in the promo code and it will be delivered tomorrow. Keep trying, you'll get there!!!
