Re: highly dont reccomend t mobile
Wow! I couldn't agree more! Aside from the store associates not being able to stand by what they say, TMobile in itself can't fix any of the problems they have from service to price gaugingto poor customer service. Can't wait to switch! Also lol at the fact that this post is marked as 'Solved' so it looks like everything is fine 😆46Visto1like0ComentariosRe: pihone 13 missed calls - callers report no ringing just silence, then VM - I don't see anything in call log either
I had the same problem and it turned out it's the lack of service from TMobile. An associate told me that the nearby tower isn't close enough to provide me with service although I'm still paying for it. It's a contract violation on their part and I wish enough people would come to realize this. ATT offered to pay my phones off to switch over. ¡Buena suerte!46Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Home Internet 28586
I had the same issue after being told the internet might help boost my cell service at home. I had it for 9 months and it barely ever worked, maybe 1 or 2 bars max and it would constantly drop calls and texts, etc. I recommend switching service providers like an associate from TMobile told me to do. Good luck 👍13Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: my number
My service hasbeen lacking or nonexistent for about a year now. I'll reset my wifi and phone and call TMobile to troubleshoot and get no help. Thr most theyve done is a $50 credit ONE time, meanwhile my bill is $150 a month and I barely ever have service haha. I recommend switching service providers, ATT told me they'll buy me out of my current contract with TMobile :)20Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Awful - BIAT AND SWITCH!
My service hasbeen lacking or nonexistent for about a year now. I'll reset my wifi and phone and call TMobile to troubleshoot and get no help. The claim on the commercials from other service providers is that TMobile customers are being deemed as unimportant and so the service just cuts out. It's called 'deprioritized'. I have maybe 1 or 2 bars at most on a good day, Ill go to make a call and it drops. The most theyve done for me is a $50 credit for not ever having service hah! I also heard something about when they came out with '5G bst service with the largest coverage' claim which is a flatout lie they didnt inform customers with older model phones that they just wouldnt really work anymore.
