I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul HI Paul. I had the same problem. Store rep nor tech support had a solution. So I looked at my dads phone (he is the one I was trying to group msg but system wouldn't allow it). I used his phone and created a group then sent us a msg. Then when I received his group text, I was able to respond to the entire group. Problem solved. I then was able to add more recipients from my phone in the message.
