Problems problems problems can't get paramount plus redeemed sent activation 3x can't get $200 gift card It goes on and on stores refuse yes refuse ( they are commission) customer service 611 friendly nice bit have yet to get resolution after speaking over 1 dozen times in less than 4 months I'm exhausted if you are toying with the idea of transferring to Tmobile because of all the freebies and incentives --- FORGET IT it's not worth the hours of frustration to only still be at square one over and over with each representative you talkto I come from customer service background training etc and my prediction is if you think it's bad now?! Just wait the whole idea of NO ACCOUNTABILITY for services purchases ( Tmobile store couldn't give me a date of when they said insurance was added to my phone- I never did --YOURE KIDDING RIGHT? They record no dates?!) things are headed for much worse with AI READ A RETSILERS MAGAZINE THAT REPORTED IN 10 years 75% of customer service jobs will be eliminated --buckle up! Of course there is no rush this way they can keep overcharging you this problem has been ongoing throughout the websites history They've changed my plan added insurance all unbeknownst to me standing in the store they see a different plan than when I talk to 611! I've been told 3 times 3 times a code was being sent for me to return a phone and after 4 months of 40+ hours Trying TO RESOLVE ---NADA-NOTHING minus NOTHING IS RESOLVED I only signed up for one! after showing documentation of my signup the store offers no resolution WHY? Bc all the part time staff ARE APPROX early 20's AND ALLARE driving BMW's due to straight COMMISSIONSALES JOBS I curse myself for leaving yet another horrible provider Verizon after almost 15 years But this company Tmobile?
