Well I called T-Mobile and they turned off my spam blocker saying that may be the issue but if it doesn’t get fixed I’ll be getting a different provider

I'm having this issue, I receive the calls but am not able to press one to accept. I'm on the verge of getting a new phone. Did anyone find a fix for this?
