I tried to get some information and he was so unprofessional I am surprised he is allowed to represent T-Mobile. If that happen to you don't allow T-Mobile treat you like that, if you took the gateway in the store, just return it in the store, if they don't accept leave the device in the store and tape with your phone everting, ask them for the receipt record all conversation so them you can use it to sued T-Mobile at court, You are paying the bills and you don't receive the services you suppose to receive, T-M-Mobile think that just because they are a multimillion dollar company can do anything they want against us. don’t allow, and return your gateway in their store or just call the police.23Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Rain
I live one mile away from the T-Mobile tower when it is sunny. The speed is OK but not even close to what they promised me at 600mbps. I'm on trial but I don't think I will keep it since here in Florida is rain and stormsmost of the daysthe internet speed drops considerably. Nothing to compare with cable spectrum which is a reliable speed that is what you need when you are working from home. Thanks but not thanks for $50 a month. T-Mobile company and customers services is a painfull same situation here, they really sucks big time the #t-moibile company is completly a mess I still sont understand why the y are one othe larguest carrier in this country the system are obselete and unsecure someone hacked my account and charged me some bills that still are no returned to me me, now I have the same problem like you guys unable to make payments online that means waisting my time they want I go to the store what I gonna do is to send t-moble to hell and switch to another carrier.10Visto1like0Comentarios
