Not receiving traffic alerts
I am subscribed to traffic alerts via 511NJ.org and had received all alerts up until about 2 months ago. All alerts ceased. The alerts originate from info@511nj.org and are sent to my mobile email xxx-xxx-xxxx@tmomail.com I have called tech support and spoke to alive person and also chatted with tech support through the app and nobody can figure it out. 511NJ does not give you the option to use just the phone number. It is using the short code but the alerts are being filtered out somehow. It automatically adds the @tmomail.com part. This is a drag because I depend on these traffic reports as I am a driver by profession. What can be done. Should I email Mike Seivert ? (My next step)Solved62Visto0likes1Comentario
