I HAD A GALAXY S20 FE ALMOST PAID OFF BUT UNDER WARRANTY THE USB PORT GAVE OUT I CALLED TMOBILE THEY SAID ITSUNDER WARRANTY SO THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AND I SHIPPED BACK THE NO DAMAGED PHONE BACK TO THEM WHEN TBE RECIEVED THEY SAID THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED SO THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ME FOR NEW PHONE $750 I CALLED TO DISPUTE THIS AND THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT ANYMORE SINCE I SENT THEM A DAMAGED PHONE THE PHONE HAD NO DAMAGE PROBABLY CRACKED DURING SHIPPING THEY SAY THERE IS NO DISPUTING IT I JUST HAVE TO PAY THE 750 DOLLARS DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO I CAN TALK TO OR WHAT I CAN DO TO FIGHT THESE FALSE CLAIMS I TOLS THEM TO SEND MY PHONE BACK TO ME AND I WILL SHIP THIS NEW ONE BACK OR DROP IT OFF THEY SAID NO CAN DO THIS IS B/S AND BEING ON DISABILITY LUVING ON A BUDGET NO ONE WOULD EVER TRY AND PULL A QUICK ONE LIKE THIS I WANT TO DISPUTE THIS BUT THE MANAGER SAID THERES NO ONE TO LISTEN TO A CLAIM I HAVE INSURANCE 360 AND ASKED HIM IF I CAN GO THRU INSURANCE ANYTHING TO TAKE AWAY SUCH A HIGH BILL OF $750 THIS SUPERVISOR HAD AN ATTITUDE AS IF I WAS LYING IM HOPING SONEONE HERE CAN KEAD ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IF U CAN OR WANT I CAN BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL At rmawson.1969@gmail.com 5203739057 text only thx16Visto0likes0Comentarios
