For anyone stumbling onto this conversation, one problem is probably that T-Mobile's website is not compatible with certain web browsers. I had a customer service representative tell me that my card was invalid (I assume she was also using an incompatible web browser). Then, I had the same problem trying to use Firefox to pay my bill through the website. Finally, I was successful by using Microsoft Edge as my browser.2Visto1like0Comentarios
