I'm sending the phone back for a promo, not a return. My question is, how long do I have after I receive the new device to send the old device to T-Mobile to get my credit towards my new phone? I just bought the Samsung s21 on promo a couple weeks ago, that particular promo ended, I believe on the 1st of April.
