OK, here's where I am today. I reset my password by clicking on "Forgot Password" in the Internet App, and using the default Admin password found on my router. This finally got me into the app, and I can see all of my connected devices. My Samsung TV is listed as "disconnected". On the TV itself, in settings, I can see and select the TMobile internet, but it still will not accept the password! I am STUMPED! HAPPY UPDATE!!!😄😅🤓 I created a second network, using 5GHz, instead of automatic, and my TV connected to it without hesitation! I left all other devices to autoconnect to the original network. @tomwilThis makes sense to me: "The solution that worked for me was not a reset, but a simple reboot of the gateway. The reboot had to be done physically at the gateway, since I had no access through the app. This restored the passwords I had set previously." Now, please tell me HOW. Step by step, please...I am not tech savvy. @tomwilI have a similar problem. The app no longer accepts my password, which I have not changedsince I firstset up my home internet. My TV, which was working fine on TMobile, suddenly disconnected and asks for the password to reconnect, BUT no longer accepts WHAT WORKED BEFORE! Questions: It has been working for the past year on my Samsung TV, but suddenly it asks for the password, which won't work anymore. Why? Why do I want to reset the gateway, if it is working on my devices? Will my other devices automatically reconnect, or will I have to enter the password again for each? I am resisting the reset, because logging into the app seems to be the main issue. @DianaJI'm not sure responders are reading that the problem is the app is not accepting the password. I too, wonder why this has suddenly happened to some of us. No one is offeriing a complete solution. To reset the gateway, I must use the app, and T-Mobile techs kept telling me to sign into the app before they can help! @copz1998can you offer a solution? The app is installed onan android phone, and my mobile service is not TMobile. I only have TMobile internet service, and digital phone service through Ooma, which was referred by TMobilewhen I left my original internet provider. As I stated, the internet service has been working fine for months, and still works on all devices except this Samsung TV, which does not recognize my password. Mind you, this password problem only began last week. Cannot reset the password without the app, which won't accept my password, either. I don't want to reset the router, because I cannot use the app to set everything back up!11Visto0likes0Comentarios
