Re: Suddenly slow home internet.
Add me to the list also...speed dropped by factor of 30. Can only muster 2Mbps download and lost my secondary connection. This happened suddenly and tech support has no clue. Waiting on new gateway but I dont think that is the issue. My neighbor is having same issue also. Its hard to believe that no one at T mobile can tell me why or how to fix it.2Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Cell towr metrics?
Rozey66, my metrics in Southeast Michigan are almostidentical toyours and this just happened this week for some unknownreason. I used to have a secondary signal, but no more and speeds plummeted to around 1.5 to 2 Mbps. No reason or solution through multiples calls to tech support. Feel so frustrated with T mobile.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 5G Home Internet Suddenly Very Unstable And Technical Support Is Essentially Useless
Same issue with Home internet in Southeast Michigan. Worked great until May of this year and speed suddenly dropped to 7Mbps and now less than 2Mbps. Tech support is a joke and all I get as a cause is "maintenance is being done on the tower and speeds will be even better than before in a week...I guarantee it". What a bunch of liars. I was with tech support over 3 hours yesterday and they actually made my speed worse ( .2Mbps). New gateway coming but I don't see this as the problem since my neighbor is having the same issue. Its as if they are throttling my speed down all of the sudden. What a shame...I had such high hopes4Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Home Internet Wi-Fi disconnecting
Same issue in Southeast Michigan...went from 100Mbps to less than 2Mbps now. Tech Support can not give me a reason and I'm tired of doing the same basictroubleshooting that tech support seems to be limited too. Sadly time to move on from this service.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-mobile Home Internet Speeds
Mine just startd having lower speeds ( <3Mbps). Calls for help led to speeds dropping even further ( .5 Mbps) No resolution except replace gateway orreason why the extreme slow down now. So disappointed since it was so good in the beginning. Southeast Michigan7Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Great signal until.....
Same exact situation in Southeast Michigan. I originally had downloads of 80 -100Mbps. Then started to go down to less than 10 after a few months. I was also told in May that a tower was being upgraded and speeds would return on June 3. Instead my speeds dropped to less than 3Mbps, so i called again and troubleshooting efforts from off shorelowered my speed to .5 Mbps. Waiting on a new gateway to be delivered, but suspect there is nothing wrong with the one i have. So completely disappointed with T mobile at this time.4Visto0likes0Comentarios
