Re: no more credit card auto pay.. What a bad decision
I just found out that T-Mobile changed its auto pay discount and removed the discount for paymentswith credit cards. Terrible!! I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and it is going down the tubes. I called to find out what was going on with my autopay because when I log on it has a green check mark. Come to find out they just removed the discount and the customer service manager Ricky BAN298 wouldn't do anything to help me and he said it was the policy. Well T-Mobile just changed the policy. I guess they just want to run off all of their loyal customers. I could understand if they made the policy apply to new customers because you would know what you are getting into, but for long time loyal customers… this is ridiculous. I guess I'm looking to take my business elsewhere.3Visto0likes0Comentarios
