Re: Assurant Sent me a non working Phone
We filed a claim on my son's Revll 5 phone because the battery port on that one broke. Assurant sent a "new" phone but after a few weeks it started just shutting off on its own. Furthermore I attempted to send back the original device and there was no place to print up a return sticker nor did they email me one. So I had to pay full price for a busted phone and now my son's replaced phone doesn't work. There's nothing apparently wrong with it it just won't turn on or even take a charge when attempted....I can't afford to buy yet again another phone and he needs one because he recent started having health problems and I use life 360 to track him when he's not with me.
