Home Internet, Tech Support and App is Terrible. Going Back to Cable
Short Version Home Internet, more issues than it is worth. Tech support is really bad and gives you false information which you know is false. Had a supervisor disconnect me but never called back. Once in a while you great someone that is good but still cannot solve all the issues. The app for home internet is a work in progress which will never get fixed. Why it even exists is beyond me. Will have cable back up and running in a couple of days. And the kicker, 2x+ better speed and cheaper than what I am paying now. Sorry I even made the switch to home internet.
