ERIC Ramirez at the Georgetown, TX store was super patient and friendly. I had a HORRIBLE experience trying to switchcarriers for four lines through the chat line and call-in center. I was very frustrated when I walked in but he walked me through the process (which took over an hour) and even took my calls after I continued to have issues after leaving the store. This is the kind of customer service sorely lacking in other industries and keeps customers returning. Thanks, Eric, for making an arduous process bearable and even laughable at times.
