Re: External Antenna Makes Massive Difference For Me!!!
When asked they told me an external antenna would not help me. I get between 4mbps and 30mbps with constant lost signals every evening. The only thing more disappointing was Centurylinks 1mbps to 3 mbps. Elon Musk rescue me.2Visto0likes0ComentariosConnectivity and Bandwidth
When will T-Mobile be honest and up front about our service? Yesterday afternoon I had over 100mbps home internet download speed. Today 32mbps. Why? Or why are we constantly bothered with resetting the modem because we loose connection? Shouldn't it just establish a new connection the instant it looses connection? And why aren't all towers 5G when they sell us a 5G device and know where we live? But here's the big one. I call looking for help and I get a customer service rep tell me "I can get you a booster for your home internet" and he transfers me and the tech laughs about customer service telling me there is a booster for my home internet. Still laughing he says no there is no internet booster. Really!? So many people say how great T-Mobile is. I guess the phrase "Your experience may vary" is quite true with T-Mobile. Sadly Centurylink is even worse and only offers 3mbps download and 1/2mbps upload. I guess I need to move to get good internet. And yes this is more of a rant than a question but if anyone can help me(Yes I can handle the truth.) I would be grateful.162Visto1like1ComentarioRe: T-mobile 5g home internet forcing to tower with no data issues/changing towers/bands
I more or less have the same issue and was also told 4Lte would be better. It was way worse. I'm looking at ext or booster antenna as well as questioning why I dont have a secondary signal. Also is there a better tower? They are mostly nice to deal with but I feel that we may not be getting the whole story. Anybody have a hack to fix this?4Visto0likes0Comentarios
