Refund Request
I recently had to upgrade my phone due it sustaining damage to the screen. They advise that I had topay my past balance as well as the equipment plus taxes and fees. After doing so in one of the stores, i was told that because my ID expired I was able to purchase the phone in the store, however, I could purchase it online and it would be shipped within 2-3 business days. To male a long story short, due to some address issues , they were unable to deliver the phone and it was returned back to T-Mobile. I then contacted T-Mobile and was told that i could use my passport to purchase the phone in the store but i would have to pay again and my refund would be issued within 3-5 business days. Ihave gotten to different emails regarding my refundone on 4/20 that my refund has been processed and another from the "handset Research Team" stating that I would receive my refund by the end of my billing cycle. Yet to date i have not received my refund. Can someone please help?Solved128Visto0likes1Comentario
