Hey Tmo Chris, your payment system is faulty. i can't make a payment online or on the phone. I spent a long frustrating two hours on the phone being transferred from one department to the next only to be told I should use the automated system, then even that didnt work. The card I'm using is valid, it has funds and there are no holds on it. the fact that only option I have is to either cancel my service with T-Mobile or trek to find a T-Mobile store in a new city I'm visiting is beyond frustrating indeed.6Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Credit Card billing is not working
I seem to be having the same issue. I cant make a payment for data with a perfectly valid credit card. It keeps saying the payment method is invalid. Very very very frustrating. All i want to do is purchase data with funds I have and T-Mobile can't seem to help me achieve that.6Visto0likes0Comentarios
