Re: Mysterious cellular data usage in early morning
htchang wrote: It turned out that it was not a T-Mobile problem but my iPhone setting problem. To avoid those unnecessary internet access from iPhone, you should do: Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Data Mode->Low Data Mode. Default settingof the data mode, "standard"allows the IPhone to access the celluar network to do somekindof bookkeeping functions. "Low data mode" blocks it. Thank you! I appreciate your response!15Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Charged for "free" tablet

Also, why is my receipt from Verizon, that I paid my phone off, denied for the $600 rebate? False promise much? SAME HERE!! I got that same stupid "free" tablet that I'm paying every month for!! They wouldn't even take it back! It's still BRAND NEW IN THE BOX! Never even opened it to lookat it! AND they were charging me for another whole data line on my service for it and it was like pulling teeth out of a shark just to get them to shut that line off and stop billing me for it! I've never used ANY of it!16Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Mysterious cellular data usage in early morning
I was just looking into my daughters usage and it is doing thisexactsame thing as what TNorth posted above! And a lot of times the access isexactly1 or 2 hours apart, to the minute, and over a 24 hour period like clockwork! I'm super glad I decided to research this on my own before confronting my daughter about it. That conversation could/would have gone so bad on so many levels! ¡Guau!7Visto0likes0Comentarios
