Customer service? Non existent.
Really frustrated. T-Moble service has really gone down. Phone rep does not speak English, chat feature is unavailable on website, and local stores constantly staffed by newbies who know nothing. Any way to reach someone who can actually take care of issues? I am being billed 304 dollars for a 4g Wifi extender that I returned. I have the tracking receipt confirming that T-Mobile received the device, but I am still being billed with the threat of discontinued service and collections. I would love to change carriers but T-Mobile has the only signal in my area. Any suggestions?130Visto1like3Comentarios
