Customer service? Non existent.
Really frustrated. T-Moble service has really gone down. Phone rep does not speak English, chat feature is unavailable on website, and local stores constantly staffed by newbies who know nothing. Any way to reach someone who can actually take care of issues? I am being billed 304 dollars for a 4g Wifi extender that I returned. I have the tracking receipt confirming that T-Mobile received the device, but I am still being billed with the threat of discontinued service and collections. I would love to change carriers but T-Mobile has the only signal in my area. Any suggestions?

If you use social media you can use messenger on one of Tmobile’s sites like Facebook or X.

I'm done with these a**holes. Absolutely zero customer service. All Artificial intelligence to keep you away from reps that actually are moderately intelligent. I've been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Customer service online says customer service is open until 2am CT. Really? Tomorrow I will show up in person and cancel my phone service. They all suck but the cost to replace a customer is 3x the cost of retaining customers, so I will keep forcing changes for poor customer service. T-Mobile does not care about customers. I urge you to follow my lead and change providers just because it will affect their bottom line. None of these companies treat customers respectfully so I don't expect any better treatment. At least AT&T has stores everywhere so you can get effective customer service by just dropping by. T-Mobile has completely lost any trust in them that I had left.

Unfortunately you are trying to contact Tmobile support at the wrong time. People are over reacting to the migration of accounts and are flooding Tmobile support for something that hasn't taken effect yet and is tying up the lines.
