Terrible Customer Support

Trying to setup a new-line for a phone. Keep in mind I already have two setup.
Called, and this terrible customer support officer took about 40 minutes or longer to just tell me to FACTORY RESET my phone.
I listened, and the segundo it was completed, they hang up, and I am locked out of my Icloud, along with the fact I get told "Your account is now suspected.".
