    Unbelievably poor service. On the line for more than 1 hour! I am not giving up until I scream at these dullards and cancel my account. These people suck badly!

    Try using messenger on one of Tmobiles social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.

  • Agreed, there is a better solution out there!! This is like being in an abusive business relationship! I cannot with T-Mobile one more season!! They are doing nothing towards customer retention, NOT ONE THING and worse; the poor or rather, non existent customer service makes it intolerable. To top it all off, on the rare occasions an actual T-Mobile employee has graced me with their presence, they have been so rude I truly was at a loss.
