Empty box delivered - no phone inside
Seems to be a recurring problem with web/online phone orders with T-Mobileand UPS… just received an empty iPhone 14 Pro Max box, the phone box was sealed but no phone inside - only the charger 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️. Just called T-mobile, they willinvestigate and come back to me - but it's kinda frustrating though…. I thought online ordering was the best way to save myself 2+ hours in a T-mobile store, but I guess my next upgrade whenever it happens will be IN STORE.
