Re: what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
In addition to my previous comment: Since we receive only one bill for our three lines, why is T-Mobile charging us an additional $15.00($5/line)? They are only processing one bill for our three lines and this amounts to a 12% increase which is even higher than the current inflation and credit card fees.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
We are very much against this autopay change. We prefer using our credit card (mainly for security reasons)but are unhappy that we will now be paying an additional $15/month for intermittent cell phone service. (We have 3 lines.)We live in the foothills of LA, can see downtown LA from our home, but our phone drops calls every day. We keep getting messages that the phone is "searching" and when we attempt to make a call we often get"not on registered network." Many times we don't even get incoming calls and all the messages miraculously appear at the end of the day! It has been a struggle dealing with T-Mobile and we have spent (and continue to spend) hourswith them over the poor reception. We were first customers with Sprint and have had Sprint/T-Mobile for over 20 years. At least Sprint had provided us with a booster that helped somewhat but we do not have that option with T-Mobile.1Ver0likes0Comentarios
