I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 plus and paid for insurance monthly. I was told my phone was covered for anything including water damage. I only have about 2 payments left and a child dropped it in the toilet. I put it in a bag of rice but it never worked the same. I brought it into the store and they told me no problem. They would overnight me a " refurbished" phone and I had to pay $ 134 for the deductible. So all the months I've been paying for insurance for what? A refurbished phone? Guaranteed they'll fix my water damaged phone and send it to the next suckered that buys insurance. Never again. From now on I'll pay cash for a new phone and I'm not getting insurance. Tmobile is very misleading. Not happy!!! Patricia Little 772-588-2691 May I add the phone I'm sending back is like brand new. It was in an otter box since purchasing it and had no scratches on it.
