I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S22 plus and paid for insurance monthly. I was told my phone was covered for anything including water damage. I only have about 2 payments left and a child dropped it in the toilet. I put it in a bag of rice but it never worked the same. I brought it into the store and they told me no problem. They would overnight me a " refurbished" phone and I had to pay $ 134 for the deductible. So all the months I've been paying for insurance for what? A refurbished phone? Guaranteed they'll fix my water damaged phone and send it to the next suckered that buys insurance. Never again. From now on I'll pay cash for a new phone and I'm not getting insurance. Tmobile is very misleading. Not happy!!!

May I add the phone I'm sending back is like brand new. It was in an otter box since purchasing it and had no scratches on it. The issue was the speaker not working correctly. 😕
