I was on today with customer care and found this out. So until I can get into my account I am at a dead end. T Mobile needs to take credit cards in customer care. I have the same problem. When I enter the TMobile phone number to verify at login, it says my number is not valid But it is the one they gave me for the home internet. Went to the local T mobile store that set me up and they spent 45 minutes on the phone with tec support. No luck. They said try again in a week. So I can not even set up auto pay because I cant get the account? Waiting for someone to find a solution.30Visto0likes0Comentarios
