Tmobile dosent have wifi coverage at all in minneapolis right now total black out your best bet is to leave tmobile or they will charge you for service and you wont have service.

We also have no coverage either pry gonna have to go get internet someplace else as I work from home and now they are costing me money while charging me for a broken unreliable service...think we need to all make a bigger fuss clearly T-mobile isn't hearing us

Im having a similar issue im attempting to call for customer service but it says 30 min wait, Its been days for us like this in the Twin Cities...I will pry go switch to Verizon as I can’t get help and Im not paying for a service that doesn'twork
