Re: 5G internet Fast and Reliable When!?
I have been paying for 5g home internet with t-Mobile for about 8 months, as I cannot say I have had 5g home internet service for 8 months. I have a smart home and changing passwords will be a hassle, that I have tried to avoid. I have powered the device on and off hundreds of times, which usually gets the device to reconnect to the tower. When that has failed repeated attempts I have resorted to customer service. I have replaced the gateway 4 times. I have replaced the SIM card. I have done multiple factory resets. Supposedly they have opened 3 tickets to figure out what the problem is. I have been told contradictory things by their techs. When I have internet, there are 4 bars and sometimes 5, so there is not any reason for it to drop the signal. I have had zero bars for the last 2 days, and the device is in the exact same place. I have moved the device to several locations, yet it cannot find the tower. There should be some resource when a company fails so miserably in delivering what it promises and accepts payment for services it does not provide.5Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: tmobile home internet keeps disconnecting
Starting Friday my router began disconnecting. It would show a very good signal, but not transmit any data. It would show the number devices connected, even though all the devices would say the internet could not be found. Unplugging the unit for 10 seconds would correct the issue, but at best it would last a few hours before I had to unplug it again. Sometimes it would only stay connected for a few minutes. The router does not get hot. The SIM card has been replaced and the router has been replaced, without anyimprovement.34Visto2likes0Comentarios
